Styling Services Include:
- Styling Consultation - Not sure where to start? Then start here. The Style Consult is a 60-minute in-home or phone evaluation of your property, followed by a detailed summary of suggestions, budget recommendations and a proposal for MDC to complete these services for you. Style Consultations start at $300.
- Styling Refresh - Perfect for existing vacation rental owners that just want to improve on their look. The Styling Refresh makes use of your existing furniture and décor, while adding as few or as many new pieces as you wish. A Styling Refresh starts with a Styling Consultation, and we go from there!
- Full-Service Styling and Staging - This service includes a totally custom style concept: selecting, purchasing, and furnishing all furniture and décor as well as stocked items; receiving, delivery and installation. Ideal for brand-new and/or vacant short-term rentals. This option also begins with a Styling Consultation.
If you have a situation not outlined above, we also offer custom scopes of work. Interior styling services are offered on their own or in conjunction with consulting services.
