Our Home Staging Consultations are perfect for homeowners who plan to live in their home while having it listed for sale or for those DIY enthusiasts. Our goal is to help you create an environment that appeals to the largest number of buyers by enhancing the positive features and reducing any negative aspects of the home. During this 1-1/2 to 2-hour verbal consultation, you will take notes as we go through each space addressing the following:

If you’re feeling overwhelmed after our Walk and Talk Consultation and need help to implement the recommendations, then we’re here to help.
During the Walk and Talk we determine styling package your home will need. We take inventory of what items in your home can be used and determine if you need any additional decor items to complete the staging look. On your staging day, we will use your accessories and furniture to the best of our abilities and create a look that will better appeal to potential home buyers in your area.
In addition, we offer accessory rentals to our clients who need to supplement decor items throughout their home. We will create a customized rental package based on your home’s needs with easy rental terms.
Occupied Home Staging Packages:
This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves, following the detailed plan agreed on during the Walk and Talk and working together to start staging the main areas of the home right away. You won’t believe the difference a few hours makes just using what you already own! This service can take up to 4 hours in the home with 2 hours planning/prep time and includes:

Do you have a larger home with more than a few hours of work that needs to be done? No problem! This service simply extends our time together in order to properly tackle your larger home and additional rooms needed to be staged by following our detailed staging plan and getting your house picture perfect.

If you need more staging time, we will customize an Occupied Home Staging Package for you. Our goal is to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your home’s final look and that it appeals to potential buyers. Ultimately we both want for your home to sell for Top Dollar and to maximize your return of investment.
Whether you’re moving and want to refresh your current look or have a house you’re looking to sell quickly, we can transform your space to make it more appealing to everyone who visits. Make your home more welcoming to guests or boost potential buyers.
We try to accommodate clients at different price points by offering a variety of custom staging services that we can scale up or down based on budget and the needs of the home.
All Vacant Home Staging Packages require an in-home Initial Consultation with one of our HSR Certified Professional Stager to determine the precise needs of the home. During this consultation, we will make all necessary assessments of the rooms, take measurements and determine furniture needs, plan for accessories needed, make recommendations on updates or repairs that will maximize return on investment. Afterward, we’ll e-mail a proposal to you outlining all staging and rental costs for your particular property. Once proposal has been accepted and staging agreement signed and returned then we can get started, while you relax.
Our packages include carefully selected inventory for your Home, Delivery and Setup, Expert Staging, De-Staging and Pickup. Our staging services are for up to 60-days with staging service extensions available beyond the initial contract term.
Initial Consultation fee for Vacant Home Staging is $99. A valid credit card is required to book the appointment. If you select our company to stage the home, we will apply a $99 credit toward your final bill, making the consultation FREE.
